Misha at the front desk was wonderful! Super helpful and if she didn’t know the answer, she got it quickly. The rooms are spacious and clean. 10 out of 5! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing service! Rooms are really clean and manager is really helpful! Nisha is really helpful and takes care of you. No concerns for security. I would totally 100% recommend for family’s and work.

Absolutely enjoyed my extended stay. The staff is really great. My favorite is Nisseem . And the manager Trish is amazing. They went above and Beyond to accommodate my request. Good people, good vibes and more than decent rooms.

Breakfast could be more variety. But other than that i really have only good things to say about this place. Staff is nice safe, safety is great. I feel very secure. Front desk is very responsive and take care of issue right away if any. I would really recommend.

Nisha is a great front desk employee. Shes a gold star employee, she is extremely nice and friendly. I asked her a question about my payment and she answered it right there and then. Ive been to other hotels where they dont treat you like here. The hotel is overall renovated and clean, daily cleaned.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Sonesta in Beaumont, TX! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept but what truly made my stay special was Ms. Nisha. Ms. Nisha is absolutely AMAZING. She is so professional, sweet, and genuinely cheerful. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Her warm smile and positive energy made me feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such kindness and grace. Sonesta is blessed to have her on their team! If you’re staying here, I hope you get the chance to experience her beautiful spirit too. I will definitely be back!

Nisha, she is very kind and polite. The rooms are very clean, we book many rooms with them we always like it. My workers are very happy with the amenities. The hotel has affordable price and safe, no problem of security. They even provide breakfast. We are happy with our stay, and we recommend Sonesta at Beaumont to everyone.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The facility and rooms were very clean, well-kept, and had a fresh, welcoming feel. The pool area was spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made it even more enjoyable to relax and unwind. Breakfast was a great bonus with a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. What truly stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our stay. The manager even personally came by with the housekeeping team, which really showed how much they care about their guests and the overall experience. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for the level of quality and service provided. It’s not often you find a place that offers this kind of value. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
